Riverside Exterior

Every home needs tender loving care from time to time and as part of a multi-phased project, at the end of the project, we dug into the exterior of this Riverside home. The worn cedar siding was replaced with Hardi lap and shingle siding, window replacement was also part of the project. Brick and siding received a fresh coat of paint in a pleasing natural color palette, and the front walkway was updated with bluestone pavers laid in a random ashlar pattern. The worn, cracked driveway was replaced with an exposed aggregate mix of colored concrete and pea-gravel.
At the rear of the house, the elevated brick deck pavers were reset and Ipe steps terraced down to the ground leading to a pathway that leads to the Chattachoochee River. An upper deck overlooks the backyard setting with a natural railing comprised of twig-like balustrades – It all fits right into the natural woodlands.
