When the time came to make repairs to the deck outback, a new vision emerged for the space. With the goal of adding needed flex space outdoors, a plan developed for a new screened-in porch. Due to the new Georgia deck codes, we were unable to salvage any of the existing deck structure, but the footprint remained the same as before. An attractive classically designed enclosed porch structure, with low-sloped roof, provided much needed shelter from rain, sun and pesky insects. Double doors to the Family Room, provide for convenient over-flow entertaining space when Family & Friends come over. A screened door exits to the grill area and sunning deck.
