As a resident of Olde Ivey at Vinings, Patricia spearheaded and oversaw the interior renovation of the community clubhouse. Working on a strict budget and timeline, it was decided that the dining room and card room chairs would be reupholstered. Additional furniture, accessories, new appliances and carpeting were all part of the renovation. Closing down this busy facility meant sticking to a strict schedule for completion. The community residents were very pleased with the results of their professional looking clubhouse and how it works to enhance the value of homes in the community.
