When the developer of the River Rock Community went looking for a higher quality builder for their community clubhouse and pool, Keiffer and Patricia were sought out and awarded the contract to build this gorgeous clubhouse and pool.
In keeping with the community’s namesake, the exterior of the building is clad in river-rock and slate, look-alike roofing. The interiors are both rustic and elegant. Loads of stained wood paneling, hardwood floors and a large fireplace make this a comfy, inviting place for local residents to gather and socialize. The large community pool and brick-clad deck make for many hours of enjoyment for the community’s inhabitants.
