As a part of this multi-faceted project, we completely overhauled an outdated bathroom, closets and master bedroom. That meant saying GOODBYE to the sunken tub and carpeted platform, GOODBYE to the worn out cabinetry with laminate counter-tops, the floral wallpaper, 4 x 4 tiles in the dark shower stall with its dated framed aluminum enclosure. GOODBYE 60’s – HELLO Gorgeous New Bath.
A new triple window above the tub provided a clear view of the Chattahoochee River and natural woodlands. Remote controlled blinds add privacy when desired. White Thassos floor tiles are gently warmed by an in-floor heating system and a towel warmer is conveniently located within reach of the shower. Stunningly beautiful calcatta gold marble graces the vanities, dresser tops, tub deck and helps bring continuity through use of material in the space. His/Hers closets create a central corridor between the shower area and vanities. The triple bypass glass closet doors are back-painted a color that is echoed throughout the renovated space.
