Meet Our Team
Keiffer Phillips
Learning his trade first as a carpenter, and later as a journeyman cabinet maker, quality and attention to detail have been Keiffer’s trademarks throughout his 45-year career in construction.
Having served as Operations Manager of one of the largest commercial cabinet and millwork companies in the Southeast, and later as President of Architectural Fixture Corporation in Atlanta, Keiffer was instrumental in the completion of many high profile, high end cabinet and millwork projects covering many states.
In 2000 Keiffer returned to his first love of residential construction and has never looked back.
Over the past 20 years Keiffer has had to opportunity to build, and remodel some of the finest homes in Atlanta.
To fulfill his love of all things wood, when Keiffer is not involved in the day to day operations of Phillips & Collins Construction, he stays busy in his home workshop restoring wooden boats, and a variety of other woodworking projects, some of which can be viewed on the Blog page of this website.
Keiffer is married to Patricia Brown, a Principal partner at Phillips – Collins Construction, and they have five children and eleven grandchildren (at last count).

Patricia Brown
Patricia utilizes her abilities to focus on project details and to organize while employing the necessary skills for estimating and managing complex construction projects.
As a licensed builder, she feels that adding her feminine perspective to the overall construction process ensures that a wider range of interpretations and insights are considered throughout the course of the project. It is evident to those who work with her that she brings an energy to their projects that shows in careful preparation, and in budgets that are Real. She is dedicated to making sure that clients remain well-informed throughout the process, and that they are comfortable with the building experience and delighted with the final outcome.
Patricia is a transplant from the Midwest, originally from Detroit where she was born and raised. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Kennesaw State University in 1996 while raising a family. Upon graduating, she became employed as a Project Manager in the Residential Division of an old prestigious construction firm in Atlanta. In 2001, Patricia and her husband Keiffer formed their own construction company and have since been building/remodeling beautiful homes together in the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area.

Patricia graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy in Traverse City, Michigan, where as part of the World Youth Symphony, she studied violin and piano. Today she continues to enjoy music, gardening, being an active grandmother to 11, and a partner– in–crime in wooden boat restoration.

Kyle Collins
In his experience in the Construction Industry, Kyle Collins has developed a keen sense of what it takes to manage complex multi-faceted projects – juggling the constraints of tight budgets and strict deadlines with professionalism. He’s able to maintain consistently high standards of quality, making him an asset to any project that he manages.
Kyle has worked as a Superintendent since 2008 – where he crossed paths with both Keiffer and Patricia. Kyle has managed many high profile projects during his tenure and he is greatly regarded for his ability to handle a project all the way from permitting to Final Inspections.
Kyle attended Chattahoochee Technical College where he concentrated his studies in Electrical Construction, Industrial Electrical Technology and Motor Controls.
Kyle’s personal interests and hobbies include: Rebuilding of a 1969 Chevy C10, Fishing, Hunting, and Daddy to his two children.
Kyle is licensed by the State of Georgia as a Residential Basic Contractor.

Whitney Collins
In every organization there is an individual who runs the show. In our business, that person in Whitney.
As Office Manager, Whitney performs all of our in-house accounting functions, purchasing, project management, as well as producing our marketing and promotional materials. Her responsibilities overflow into direct client contact where she has demonstrated a talent for keeping track of the myriad of details that are part of every custom build project. She also assists in preparing the construction estimates which assures she has a good understanding of each of our projects.
She has worked alongside Keiffer and Patricia since 2004. Whitney graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2008 from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She is licensed by the State of Georgia as a Residential Basic Contractor.
Whitney spends her time away from the office with Kyle and their two children, enjoying the outdoors, and performing DIY projects around the house.
